Big Lou's is a staple here in San Antonio due to their 42" pizza so if you are in the area I definitely recommend. The thrill of it all is the giant pizza. The environment is very chill and the people are great. However since it's such a staple be ready to wait a few minutes depending on the time of day you arrive. The process for being seated at Big Lou's is absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient. I understand the large pizzas take a long time to make, but they lose out on so much business when they tell people "it's a two hour wait." No food on this earth is worth a two hour wait. They need to come up with a better process for being seated.
